Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam (CASL)

Transactional messages relate to an existing tenancy or request, rent receipts, due-date reminders, maintenance updates, account notices. These are sent as part of operating your rentals.

Commercial messages promote or market something. Under CASL, these may be sent only with the recipient’s consent, must identify the sender, and must include a working unsubscribe mechanism.

Wealtharu records consent and will not send a commercial message without consent on file for that recipient and channel. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, and withdrawal is honoured on future commercial messages.

Every commercial message identifies the sender, the operating entity Elvru Technologies Inc. (Calgary, Alberta, Canada), under the Wealtharu brand, and provides a way to contact us. The customer-facing sender shows as Wealtharu. The operating entity is identified within the message.

Commercial emails and texts include an unsubscribe path. Replying STOP to a text, or using the unsubscribe option in an email, opts the recipient out of further commercial messages. Opt-outs are processed promptly.

When you use Wealtharu’s messaging, you must only contact people you are permitted to contact, use accurate sender and subject information, honour opt-outs, and comply with CASL and applicable privacy law. Don’t use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing messages.

Don’t attempt to breach security or access another account’s data, interfere with or overload the service, scrape or reverse-engineer it, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content. We may suspend access to protect the service or other customers.
