Terms of Service

Wealtharu provides software to help landlords and property managers run residential rentals. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract and use the service only for lawful purposes.

Paid plans are billed in Canadian dollars on the interval you select (monthly or annual). Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. Annual plans may carry a commitment as described at checkout. Taxes (e.g. GST/HST) apply where required. See pricing for current plans.

Where Wealtharu facilitates rent collection, funds are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and, where applicable, settled to the landlord’s connected account. Wealtharu is a software provider, not a bank, money transmitter, or escrow agent, and does not provide financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Wealtharu surfaces province-specific guidance (e.g. deposit and rent-increase rules) and tax tooling (e.g. CRA T776 summaries) to help you operate with confidence. This is information and tooling, not legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to your tenancies. Consult a qualified professional for your specific situation.

You retain ownership of the data and documents you put into Wealtharu. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that content to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to upload and use the information you enter, including any personal information about tenants and applicants.

You agree not to misuse the service. Messaging features must be used in compliance with CASL and applicable privacy law, see our Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam policy.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or to protect the service. On termination you can request an export of your data, subject to any retention we are legally required to maintain.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Elvru Technologies Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
