Wealtharu is a property-management service operated by Elvru Technologies Inc. (“Wealtharu”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we handle, why, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Wealtharu is a product of Elvru Technologies Inc., located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We provide software that helps landlords and property managers run residential rentals: tenants, leases, rent and payments, maintenance, documents, and communications.

We collect the information needed to provide the service, including:
We use personal information to operate the service: managing accounts and access, running rent and payments, sending transactional and (with consent) commercial messages, providing reporting and tax tooling, and keeping the platform secure. We do not sell personal information.
We rely on your consent to collect and use personal information for the purposes described here, and we honour withdrawal of consent. Commercial electronic messages are sent only with consent and always include sender identification and an unsubscribe mechanism, in line with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Your data is hosted in Canada (our infrastructure runs in a Canadian region). This is a deliberate choice to keep Canadian rental data in the country and to support PIPEDA-aligned handling. Some sub-processors (for example, our payment and messaging providers) may process limited data outside Canada to deliver their service.
We share the minimum necessary information with vendors that help us run the service, for example payment processing (Stripe), email and SMS delivery, error monitoring, and screening (only when you initiate it, with the applicant’s consent). These providers are bound to use the information only to provide their service to us.
Every record is scoped to the account that owns it. Users only ever see data within their own account. Cross-account access is a deliberate, audited platform-administration exception that is never the default.
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for any period required to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete information that we are not required to retain.
Subject to applicable law, you can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and withdraw consent. Account owners and managers can edit most data directly in the app. For other requests, contact privacy@wealtharu.com.
We protect personal information with measures including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, signed session tokens, server-side role-based access control, rate limiting, and an audit trail. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to respond promptly to any incident.
