Export your data

Get a copy of your account's data, prepared in the background and delivered by a secure private link.

Before you start

• You need to be an account owner or admin.
• The export is built for you, so it can take a little while for a large account. You do not need to wait on the page.

Steps

1. Open Account details from the menu and find the data export option.
2. Start the export. Wealtharu prepares it in the background.
3. When it is ready, you get a secure private link by email. Open it to download your data.

What happens next

• The link is single purpose and time limited, so it expires after about 15 days. Download your file before then.
• The export reflects your account's records at the time it was built.

Troubleshooting

• The link expired. Start a new export and use the fresh link.
• The file looks incomplete. Make sure your records are up to date, then run a new export.
