Create your Landlord Wrapped year-end report

Get a shareable year-end "Landlord Wrapped" report of your portfolio. Your income, equity growth, biggest expense, estimated tax saved, and occupancy for the year, as a branded PDF plus a PII-safe share card.

Before you start

• Landlord Wrapped is a Pro and up feature, alongside net worth and the tax pack.
• Every number is computed on the server from the records you already keep. Nothing is invented.
• Equity growth and estimated tax saved are estimates derived from your own records and your valuation estimates, not market prices or guarantees. It is tooling, not tax advice.

Steps

1. Open Net worth from the menu.
2. Find the Landlord Wrapped card, pick the year, and choose Create my Wrapped.
3. The report is built in the background. We email you a secure download link, valid for 15 days.
4. Open the link to download the PDF. The link opens a one-time, short-lived download.

What happens next

• A share card with your headline numbers appears once the report is ready. It carries only headline figures and an opaque account reference. It never includes tenant names, contact details, or property addresses, so it is safe to post.
• You can request a fresh report any time. Requests are limited to a handful per day.

Notes

• The download link is single-purpose and expires after 15 days. Request a new one if it lapses.
• Figures reflect the income and expenses recorded in Wealtharu for the chosen year.
