Manage your plan and billing
Choose your plan, upgrade or downgrade, and apply a promo code.
Before you start
- You need to be an account owner or admin.
- The three plans are Free, Pro, and Portfolio. They are set mainly by how many properties and teammates you have. Pro unlocks the value layer: bank payments (PAD), automated reminders, tenant screening, analytics, the T776 tax pack, accounting export, AI Assist, market benchmarks, and the wealth features. Portfolio adds unlimited properties and seats, bulk messaging, and the public API. Compare them on the pricing page.
Steps
- Open Billing from the menu.
- Review your current plan and what it includes.
- Upgrade or downgrade to another plan, and enter a promo code if you have one.
What happens next
- Your plan features update right away. Upgrading unlocks gated features and raises your property and team limits. Downgrading re-locks features above your new plan.
- A page you cannot use on your plan shows a friendly upgrade screen, which names the feature, the plan that unlocks it, and the price, rather than an error.
Troubleshooting
- A feature is locked after upgrading. Features follow your active plan, so confirm the new plan is in effect on the billing page.
- You cannot downgrade. You may be over the lower plan's property or team limit. Reduce properties or seats to fit the target plan first.
- "Your plan does not include this feature." That feature is on a higher plan. The message names the minimum plan you need.
