Manage your team
Invite property managers to your account, set their role, and control which properties they can see.
Before you start
- You need to be an account owner or admin.
- Your plan sets your team size (Free 1, Pro 2, Portfolio unlimited).
Steps
- Open Team from the menu.
- Invite a member by email and choose their role, such as property manager. They get an invitation to accept, then they sign in.
- Assign properties to a manager. Managers only see and act on the properties they are assigned to. Account owners and admins see everything.
- Set who needs sign-off. Mark a manager an operator so their money postings wait for your approval, or an approver who posts directly. These appear in the Approvals area. On a single-seat plan there is no team, so the Approvals area and per-property manager assignment stay hidden until you add a teammate.
- Remove a member when they leave.
What happens next
- Everyone signs in the same way. Their role decides what they can do and which view they land on. Wealtharu enforces this on the server, not just by hiding things in the screen.
- Role and access changes take effect right away. When you change someone's role, accept an invite, or remove a member, it applies on their next action. They do not need to sign out and back in. Removing a member ends their access to the account at once.
Troubleshooting
- "Plan limit reached" when inviting. You have hit your plan's team limit. Open Billing from the menu to add more seats.
- A manager cannot see a property. Assign them to it. Assignment is what grants a manager access.
- The invite did not arrive. Check the email and send it again, and ask the member to check their spam folder.
