Download owner statements
Get a per-property statement of income and expenses for a period. It is handy for your records and at tax time.
Before you start
- You sign in as a property owner.
Steps
- Sign in. You land on your Properties view.
- Open Reports from the menu.
- Choose the property and the period, then view or download the statement.
What happens next
- The statement sums the rent received and the expenses recorded against the property for the period.
- For the Canada Revenue Agency T776 rental-income tax pack, your property manager can generate it from the management side. It is a Pro and up feature.
Troubleshooting
- A property is missing. Statements cover properties you are recorded as owning. Ask your manager to confirm the ownership link.
- Expenses are missing. Statements reflect expenses entered in Wealtharu. Anything paid outside the app needs to be recorded to appear.
