See how your properties are performing, with income, expenses, and the key return numbers.
Before you start
- You sign in as a property owner and see the properties you own.
- Financial analytics is a Pro and up feature. On Free the analytics views are locked with an upgrade prompt.
Steps
- Sign in to see your Properties view at a glance.
- Open the Analytics view from the menu for portfolio-level numbers. You get headline measures like net operating income, cap rate, and cash flow, with a trend you can narrow to a single property.
What happens next
- The figures come from the rent, payments, and expenses recorded on your properties, so they stay current as you log activity.
- For a year-end tax view, see Download owner statements.
Troubleshooting
- The views are locked or show an upgrade screen. Analytics needs the Pro plan or higher. Upgrade from Billing.
- The numbers look low. Financials reflect what has been recorded. Make sure rent, payments, and expenses are up to date for the period.
