Filter and save views of your properties and leases

Wealtharu can filter your properties and leases lists by the things you care about, and save the filters you use most as named views. This is an optional feature your account admin turns on.

Turn it on

Filters and saved views are off until a Wealtharu admin enables them for your account (it is a setting called "saved views"). With it off, your lists look exactly as they do today. There is nothing to set up once it is on.

Quick filters (chips)

At the top of the properties or leases list you will see one-tap chips:

  • Vacant (properties): shows properties that have at least one empty unit.
  • Ending soon (leases): shows leases ending in the next 60 days.
  • In arrears: shows properties or leases that are behind on rent.

Tap a chip to apply it. Tap it again to clear it.

Filter by province, use, or stage

Use the dropdowns to narrow the list further. Properties can filter by province and by use (a rental, your home, and so on). Leases can filter by province and by stage (active, month to month, and more). You can combine a chip and a dropdown.

Share a filtered list

The filter is part of the web address, so you can copy the link and send it to a teammate. They see the same filtered list, as long as the feature is on for your account.

Save a view

Once a filter is set, choose Save current view and give it a name, like "Ontario rentals" or "Leases ending soon". Your saved views appear in the same bar. Tap one to apply it again later. Saved views are private to you.

Pin a default

Pin one saved view per list as your default. When you open that list with no filter in the address, your pinned view applies automatically. Pin a different view to change it, or unpin to go back to the full list.

Good to know

  • Filtering happens on the server, so large portfolios stay fast and you only ever see your own account's data. A manager assigned to specific properties only filters within those.
  • If a filter has no matches, the list shows a short "nothing matches, try clearing it" note.
  • Filters on the tenants, payments, and maintenance lists are not available yet.
