For owners and homeowners

Track property insurance

Record each property's insurance policy so coverage and renewal dates never slip.

Before you start

  • Insurance tracking is available for every property, on all plans. It works for a rental, your own home, or an investment property you do not rent. Wealtharu treats a property as an owned asset, so the portfolio tools apply either way.
  • Have the policy details handy: the insurer, policy number, coverage amount, premium, and the start and expiry dates.

Steps

  1. Open the property and go to the Insurance tab.
  2. Choose Add policy.
  3. Enter the insurer, policy number, coverage amount, premium, and the start and expiry dates. Add the broker or contact and any notes if you like.
  4. Save. Edit or replace the policy any time as it renews.

What happens next

  • The policy shows on the property's Insurance tab with its coverage and dates.
  • The expiry date automatically appears in the property's Key dates, so you get a heads-up before coverage lapses.

Notes

  • Amounts are stored exactly, to the cent.
  • This is record-keeping, not an insurance product. Wealtharu does not sell or broker coverage.
