For owners and homeowners
Get a weekly portfolio digest
Wealtharu can send you a short summary of your portfolio once a week, so you stay in the loop even when nothing needs your attention. You get the same summary as a "This week" card on your dashboard. This is an optional feature your account admin turns on.
What is in the digest
The digest shows your week at a glance:
- Rent collected this week and month to date.
- How many tenancies are in arrears and the total owed.
- Occupancy (how many of your units are occupied).
- Upcoming dates in the next 30 days (lease ends, insurance, mortgage, warranty, tax).
- New maintenance requests this week.
Every figure comes straight from your records. Nothing is estimated or invented. If you do not have any properties yet, the digest shows a short note instead.
Turn it on
The digest is off until a Wealtharu admin enables it for your account (it is a setting called "weekly digest"). Once it is on, the "This week" card appears on your dashboard and a "Weekly digest" section appears on your Settings page. With it off, there is no card, no email, and no settings section.
Choose when it arrives and what it shows
On the Settings page, under "Weekly digest":
- Turn the email on or off for yourself.
- If you manage the account, pick the day and hour it goes out (the default is Monday morning) and choose which sections to include.
Changes take effect on the next cycle. The digest is a summary of your account, so it is information, not tax or legal advice.
Stop getting the email
You can turn it off for yourself on the Settings page, or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any digest email. The unsubscribe link stops future digests right away.
