Add a photo to a maintenance request
A photo or short video helps your property manager understand the problem and get the right person out faster. When your building has this feature on, you can attach one to your maintenance request.
Before you start
- You need to be signed in as a tenant on a current lease.
- This is an optional feature. If you do not see a photo option, your building may not have it on yet. You can still describe the issue in words.
Add a photo
- Open your maintenance request from your tenant home.
- Choose Add a photo and pick a photo or a short video of the issue.
- Add a short caption if it helps, like "leak under the kitchen sink".
Good to know
- Photos help, but a clear description matters too. Say what is wrong, where, and when it started.
- Your manager sees your photos and uses them to plan the repair. The photo stays private to your account.
- A photo is not a guarantee of timing. Your manager confirms the next steps with you.
