For property managers

Open the rest of Wealtharu from the app More tab

The app is built around messages, and everything else is one tap away under More.

Is the app available yet

Not to everyone. The iOS and Android app is in limited testing and is not in the App Store or Google Play yet. If you are not part of that testing, use Wealtharu on the web, where you can install it to your home screen.

The rest of this article is for people who already have the app.

Open a part of Wealtharu

  1. Tap More at the bottom of the app.
  2. Under Everything else, tap where you want to go: Dashboard, Properties, Tenants, Leases, Money, Maintenance, Settings, or Help.
  3. Wealtharu opens inside the app, already signed in as you, in the account you were already in.

You do not sign in again, and you do not get bounced out to a browser. Tap Done in the top bar to come back to your messages.

Moving between them

Once you are in, use Wealtharu's own menu to move around, exactly as you would on the web. On Android the back button walks back through where you have been and then returns you to the app.

If you switch accounts under More, the next thing you open is in the new account.

Changing your plan

Plans are managed on the web, not in the app. Open Wealtharu in a browser on your computer or phone, sign in there, and go to Billing. Anything in the app that would need a plan change says so and stops there.

Signing out

Signing out of the app signs you out of everything you opened from it. The next person to sign in on that phone starts fresh.

Troubleshooting

  • "Could not open that just now." The app could not reach Wealtharu. Check your connection and tap the row again.
  • "That part of Wealtharu is not available in the app." That page is one of the few that is web only. Open Wealtharu in a browser to reach it.
  • It asks you to sign in. Your session ran out while the app was open. Tap Done, then tap the row again and it will pick you back up.
