For property managers
Switch between the Simple and Advanced experience
Wealtharu can show you a calm menu with just the daily essentials, or the full toolset with every section and money tool. You choose, and you can switch back anytime. Your choice is remembered for the account you are in, so each account you manage can have its own experience.
The two experiences
- Simple. A lean menu with the things you use most. The advanced tools are tucked under a single "More" menu, and on dense pages the advanced fields (like purchase and mortgage details, or the capital-gains and reserve-fund settings) start folded behind an "Advanced" section. Nothing is removed. Everything is one tap away.
- Advanced. The full toolset. Every section and money tool sits in the menu, the advanced page fields are open by default, and you get power-user extras like a "Developer" menu for integrations and a keyboard-shortcuts overlay.
New accounts on the Free plan start in Simple. Larger portfolios and accounts that tell us during setup that they manage properties professionally start in Advanced. You can change it whenever you like, and your choice always wins.
How to switch
There are two easy places, and they both do the same thing.
- From the account menu. Open your account menu in the top bar (or the "More" menu on a phone). You will see an item that reads "Experience: Simple" or "Experience: Advanced", which shows your current state. Tap it to open the Experience card in Settings.
- From Settings. Go to {{route:/settings}} and find the Experience card. Pick Simple or Advanced. The menu and the page layouts update right away.
There is also a quick toggle in the menu chrome that is labelled with your current state, so you can flip it in one tap without leaving the page.
Good to know
- Advanced tools are never deleted, only folded. Switching to Simple hides nothing permanently. Open the "More" menu or expand an "Advanced" section to reach anything, anytime.
- It is remembered per account. If you manage more than one account, each one keeps its own Simple or Advanced choice. Switching accounts shows that account's experience.
- A lock icon on a menu item means that feature is on a higher plan. Tap it to see what it does and how to unlock it. The link is there on purpose so you can discover it, not a dead end.
- Keyboard shortcuts. In Advanced, the account menu has a "Keyboard shortcuts" item that opens a cheat sheet of shortcuts. You can also press the "?" key.
