For property managers
File a pile of property documents at once
Have a folder of documents for a property, a mortgage statement, an insurance page, a tax bill, the deed? Drop them all in at once. Wealtharu sorts each into the right place in the property's documents. You review before anything is saved, and you can undo the whole batch in one tap.
How it works
On the Properties page, choose Import your portfolio, then Drop your documents.
- Pick the property the documents belong to.
- Choose your files. You can add several at once (PDFs or images).
- Wealtharu suggests a category for each file, for example a file named "mortgage statement" goes to Mortgage. You will see how confident each guess is and a short reason.
- Change any category that looks wrong from the dropdown. If Wealtharu is not sure, it files the document under Other and asks you to pick.
- Choose File documents. Every file is saved into that property's documents, in the category you confirmed.
Fill a record from a statement
For a mortgage, insurance, or valuation statement you can do more than file the PDF. Under that file in the review step, choose Fill a mortgage, insurance, or valuation record from this statement, then Read values from this statement. Wealtharu reads what it can and fills an editable form. Check every figure and complete anything it could not read. A value it cannot read is left blank with a prompt, it never guesses a number. When you file the batch, the record is created on the property alongside the document. If you would rather not, just hide the record and only the document is filed.
Undo
Changed your mind? After filing, choose Undo this import. It removes the whole batch in one tap, the documents and any records it created, so nothing is left behind. You can also delete a single document later from the property's Documents tab.
What Wealtharu does and does not do
- We sort your documents by their file name. We do not read the amounts inside them.
- Your documents are read in Canada and are never used to train AI. They are stored in your private vault, visible only to you and your team, never to tenants.
- Nothing is saved until you confirm. You choose the property and the category for every file.
Tips
- Give files clear names before uploading, for example "2026 property tax bill.pdf". Clear names get sorted more accurately.
- Supported files are PDFs and images (JPG, PNG). Save other formats as a PDF first.
- Filing a document on its own does not change any money. For a mortgage, insurance, or valuation statement you can optionally fill the matching record in the same step (see above). You confirm every figure first, and Undo removes the record too.
