For property managers

Fill out and attach a form

Fill out a curated form right inside Wealtharu and keep a copy you can find later.

What it is

The form filler lets you complete a fillable PDF (like an official notice) through a simple, guided "fill out the fields" flow on your phone or computer. Wealtharu prefills what it already knows (names, address, rent, dates), you finish the rest, and it saves a filled copy that stays attached to the property or lease it belongs to. This is tooling, not legal advice.

Fill a form

  1. Open Forms from the menu.
  2. Pick the property the form is about, then choose a form from the list.
  3. Fill in the fields. Required fields are marked, and anything we already know is prefilled.
  4. Choose Generate. We bake your answers into the PDF.
  5. Preview or Download the finished form. It is also saved under Your forms so you can find it again.

A form that reproduces an official government form shows a "tooling, not legal advice" note. Always review the finished form before you send or serve it.

Attach a form from a flow

Some flows let you attach the matching form in one step. For example, on a lease the Rent increase section has an Attach the rent-increase notice button that opens the form already filled in from the lease. See "Attach a rent-increase notice".

Where the forms come from

Your administrator uploads the official forms Wealtharu can fill. A form that has not been set up yet shows as "Not available yet". Wealtharu does not ship government forms.
