For property managers

Import your condos

When you bring in a spreadsheet of properties, Wealtharu understands the words people actually use for a condo, so a condo row comes in as a condo, not an unrecognized type.

What the property type column accepts

In the property type column you can write the plain word for what you own. Wealtharu matches common spellings to the right type:

  • Condo also accepts "Condominium", "Condo unit", "Apartment unit", "Apartment unit owned", "Owned unit".
  • Single-family also accepts "House", "Detached".
  • Townhouse also accepts "Townhome", "Rowhouse".
  • Multiplex also accepts "Duplex", "Triplex", "Fourplex".
  • Apartment building maps to the apartment (multi-unit) type.

Anything it does not recognize is flagged in the preview so you can correct it before saving. Nothing is created until you confirm, and the whole import can be undone in one tap.

After import

A condo row becomes a regular condo property, the same as one you add by hand. There is no unit to manage inside it, and you can add its building details (suite, floor, strata corporation) on the property any time.
