For owners and homeowners
Is Wealtharu for you?
Not sure if Wealtharu fits your situation? Here is who it is for, in plain words.
The short answer
Wealtharu helps Canadians look after the homes and rentals they own or rent. You do not need to be an expert. The app starts simple and shows you only the tools that fit you, then adds more as you need them. Your data is kept in Canada.
Who it is for
A tenant. If your landlord uses Wealtharu, you get a tenant portal. You can pay rent online, see your lease and documents, get receipts, and report a maintenance issue. You do not need to set anything up. Your landlord invites you.
A single property owner. Maybe you own one rental, like a condo or a house. Wealtharu tracks the tenant, the lease, the rent, and the money so you are not living in a spreadsheet. The Free plan includes one property, so you can start at no cost.
A homeowner who rents out part of their home. If you live in your home and rent out a basement suite or a spare room, Wealtharu handles just the rented part. You add your home, mark it as both yours and a rental, and the rental tools appear only for the rented unit. You do not have to be a professional landlord to use it.
An investor with several properties. If you own a few rentals, Wealtharu keeps them all in one place. You see your rent, your expenses, your equity, and your net worth across the whole portfolio, plus tools for mortgage dates, insurance, valuations, and a year-end tax package. More than one property moves you to a paid plan.
A property manager. If you look after properties for other people, Wealtharu gives you the full management view. Add properties and units, sign leases, collect rent, run move-ins, handle maintenance, and screen applicants. You can invite teammates on a paid plan.
Everyone signs in the same way
There is one front door. You sign in the same way no matter who you are. Your role decides which view you land on, so a tenant sees the tenant portal and an owner or manager sees the management view. You only ever see the tools that match your situation, so the app never feels heavier than it needs to be.
