Getting started as a property manager

New to Wealtharu? Here is the fastest path from sign-up to collecting rent.

Before you start

  • Sign up for free. A new account starts on the Free (Solo) plan, which includes one property.
  • Everyone signs in the same way. Your role decides which view you land on. Managers and owners get the management views, tenants get the tenant portal.

Steps

  1. Finish onboarding. A short wizard sets up your account basics.
  2. Add a property. Select Properties from the menu. Enter the address, and the autocomplete helps you get the postal code right.
  3. Add a unit to the property. Rental properties have units. A home you simply own does not need one.
  4. Add a tenant, then create a lease that links the tenant to the unit with the rent, deposit, due day, and term.
  5. Add the rent charge and record or collect the payment. The lease balance updates as payments come in.

What happens next

  • Your Dashboard shows what needs attention, like overdue rent, maintenance, and expiring leases.
  • Explore the extras as you grow: automated reminders, online card and bank payments, documents and e-sign, screening, renewals, and the portfolio tools for insurance, mortgage, valuation, net worth, and tax.

Notes

  • Need more than one property or a teammate? That is a paid plan. During the soft launch the paid tiers show as "Coming soon", and only Free is purchasable today.
