Milestone moments on your dashboard

Wealtharu celebrates real moments in your portfolio, like crossing $1M in equity or collecting your 100th rent payment. These are grounded in your own numbers, never made up.

Milestones are turned on per account. If you do not see them, ask your administrator to enable "milestones," or check back later.

What you might see

  • Equity crossing $250K, $500K, $1M, $2M, or $5M.
  • Portfolio value passing $500K, $1M, $2.5M, $5M, or $10M.
  • Time on Wealtharu, like 1 year or 2 years.
  • Rent payments collected, like 10, 50, 100, or more.
  • Full occupancy, when every unit is rented.

Each milestone shows the highest level you have reached, so you see "crossed $1M," not every step below it.

How it works

  • Every figure is computed from your real data (valuations, mortgages, payments, units). A milestone only appears once you have actually crossed it. If you have not recorded a property value yet, no equity milestone shows, we never invent a number.
  • A milestone card can be dismissed with the X. It stays gone, but a new, higher milestone will appear when you reach it.

Good to know

  • Equity and value milestones need a recorded property value. Add one on the property's Valuation tab to start seeing them.
  • This is a celebration of your numbers, not financial advice.
