Track your money activity in one feed

Money activity is one timeline of everything that moved money across your whole portfolio, newest first.

What it is

Instead of hunting through each lease, the approvals page, and your reports, the Money activity feed brings every money event together in one place. Each row shows what happened, which property or tenant it relates to, the amount, and a status.

The events you may see include:

  • Rent charged. A rent charge posted to a lease.
  • Rent received. A successful tenant payment, shown as money in.
  • Payment failed. A payment that did not go through, so you can follow up.
  • Refund issued. Money refunded to a tenant.
  • Expense posted. An operating cost recorded against a property, shown as money out.
  • Owner payout. A distribution paid out to an owner, shown as money out.
  • Awaiting approval. Money an operator posted that is waiting for sign-off. It shows here as pending and does not affect your books until you approve it.

How to use it

  1. Open Money activity from the Finances menu, or tap View all on the dashboard card.
  2. Read the feed top to bottom. It is grouped by Today, Yesterday, This week, and Earlier.
  3. Use the chips to filter to Rent, Expenses, Payouts, or Needs approval.
  4. Tap any row to open the lease, property, or approvals page behind it.

Good to know

  • Every number is computed from your real records. Nothing here is estimated or invented.
  • The feed is read-only. To change something, tap through to the record and edit it there.
  • Money waiting for approval shows as pending. It only counts once you approve it.
  • Day grouping uses your device's local date.
