Use the resource library
Browse Wealtharu's shared guides and forms, and attach one into a tenancy so the tenant can see it.
Before you start
- The resource library is free on all plans for managers and owners.
- What you see is filtered by your role and your working province, so you only get what is relevant to you.
Steps
- Open Resources from the menu.
- Browse or filter by province, then open a resource to read it.
- Download it for your own use, or Attach it to a tenancy to share it with that tenant.
What happens next
- An attached resource appears in the tenant's portal alongside their other documents.
- Attaching does not copy the file. It points the tenant to the shared resource, and you can remove the share later.
Troubleshooting
- A resource is missing. The library is filtered by role and province. A resource for another province or role will not show for you.
- The tenant cannot see an attached resource. Confirm the attach succeeded on the tenancy, and that the tenant is on the correct lease.
