For property managers

Get answers from the assistant

Wealtharu has one assistant that answers two kinds of question. Tap the round ? button in the bottom corner of any page to open it.

What you can ask

  • How-to questions, like "how do I create a lease" or "how do I archive a property". You get the matching step-by-step guides with a link to open them.
  • Questions about your numbers, like "what's my cash flow", "how much is owed in arrears", or "what's my occupancy". You get the answer from your real, current figures, with a link to the screen that shows more.
  • What should I do? Ask "what should I do", "what needs my attention", or "any advice" and the assistant surfaces its current insights, like a unit renting under market with the legal increase you could make, rent in arrears to follow up, a renewal coming due, or an expense that spiked.

The assistant figures out which kind of question you asked and answers from the right place. You do not need to pick a mode.

The advisor on your dashboard

The dashboard shows a short What you should look at panel with the same insights. Each one has a one-tap link to act on it. The numbers are always computed from your own data, never made up. Where an insight mentions a provincial rent rule, it is marked Preview because those rules are still being reviewed. It is tooling, not legal advice. You can dismiss the panel for the session.

Good to know

  • Help answers are always real guides from the help centre, never made up.
  • Number answers come from your own account data and are never invented.
  • Asking about your numbers needs a paid plan. On the Free plan the assistant still answers all how-to questions, and points you to the closest guide for a numbers question.
  • Your conversation stays put if you reload the page.

Tips for better answers

  • Use plain words. "rent", "lease", "tax", "cash flow" work well.
  • If a how-to answer is not quite right, try a simpler word, or open Browse all help articles at the bottom of the assistant.
  • For a focused, full-screen view of your portfolio numbers, open Assistant from the menu.

Troubleshooting

  • I do not see number answers. Numbers need a paid plan, and you need to be an account owner or a manager. Tenants and the Free plan get how-to help only.
  • It says it could not find an answer. Rephrase with a simpler keyword, or browse all help articles from the link at the bottom of the assistant.
