Done automatically
Pay your rent online by card and get an instant receipt.
Before you start
- You need a tenant account linked to your lease. If your property manager invited you, accept the invite email first, then sign in.
- Have a card handy. Payments are processed securely. Wealtharu never stores your full card number.
Steps
- Sign in. You land on Your home.
- Find the Pay your rent panel. It shows your current balance, which is the total you owe across any unpaid rent.
- Select Pay your rent and enter your card details in the secure payment form.
- Confirm the amount and submit.
What happens next
- Your payment goes against your oldest unpaid rent first, and your balance updates right away.
- A receipt is created. Open it any time from the Payment history panel on Your home.
- Your property manager is told that the payment came in.
Troubleshooting
- Card declined. Your bank turned down the charge. Try another card or contact your bank. Your manager is told about a failed attempt, and your balance stays unpaid until a payment goes through.
- Balance looks wrong. Rent is added on a schedule, so next month's charge may not be there yet. Open Payment history to see what has already been applied, or message your manager.
- Prefer e-Transfer or cash? Those are arranged with your manager and confirmed on their side. Ask them for instructions and they will log it against your balance.
